Caros Colegas,

Vamos encontrar-nos no XI Congresso Nacional de Pediatria, no Funchal.

Durante três dias, em Sessões Plenárias, Mesas-Redondas e Workshops, passaremos em revista alguns dos aspectos actuais de quatro grandes temas:

Formação e Investigação - Pediatria na Comunidade - Urgências

Haverá ainda Simpósios, Comunicações Livres, Sessões de Posters, uma Exposição de Fotografia e a Assembleia-Geral da SPP que elegerá os novos Corpos Gerentes da nossa Sociedade. Na Gala dos Internos, aberta a todos os Pediatras, um Júri especial atribuirá prémios às melhores Comunicações.

A preparação do Congresso envolveu as Secções da SPP e as Comissões Organizadora, Científica, de Revisão e a Local.

Desejamos que a ilha da Madeira seja o espaço onde, em ambiente de troca de experiências e ideias, se reforcem os laços que fazem progredir a Pediatria Portuguesa.

Dear Colleagues,

We will meet at the XI National Congress of Paediatrics in Funchal.

During three days, in Plenary Sessions, Round Tables and Workshops, we will review some current aspects of the four major themes:

Training e Research - Community Paediatrics – Urgency

There will also be Symposiums, Free Communications, Poster Sessions, an Exhibition of Photography and the General Assembly of SPP that will elect the new Managing Board of our Society. In the Gala of Interns, open to all Paediatricians, a special Jury will give awards to the best communications.

The preparation of the Congress involved the SPP’s sections and the Committee Organizing, Scientific, Review and Local.
We hope that the island of Madeira is the place where, in an environment of exchange of experiences and ideas, the bonds that make the Portuguese Paediatrics evolves, could be reinforced.
